Our own equipment range, designed and manufactured in France.
Proprietary and custom-engineered equipment for drying, cleaning, thermal treatment, handling and storage — built for continuous industrial operation.
Equipment designed by people who also have to install it and start it up.
Thulium designs and manufactures process equipment for grains, oilseeds and cocoa. Standard models cover drying, cleaning and thermal treatment; custom units are engineered when the plant layout, product or utilities demand it.
Because we also engineer complete lines, each machine is specified against real plant conditions — available utilities, ambient dust, local maintenance capability and the throughput the rest of the line can absorb.
WHAT WE DO
Four families, engineered to the same standard.
SVC-TH continuous vertical dryer
Continuous vertical drying for grains and oilseeds, with controlled air distribution and heat recovery on the exhaust side.
NE-TH cleaning separator
High-capacity grain and oilseed cleaning separator for intake lines, removing coarse and fine impurities before drying and storage.
Sterilisation & thermal
Integrated sterilising, drying and buffer storage engineered as a single controlled sequence rather than separate machines.
Custom equipment
Conveyors, elevators, silos, hoppers, platforms and special units engineered around a specific layout and product.
Manufacturing & QA
Controlled fabrication with material traceability, welding and coating inspection, and factory acceptance testing before dispatch.
Installation & service
Erection support, commissioning, operator training, spare-part supply and retrofit of existing installations.
DESIGN PRINCIPLES
Robust, maintainable, and honest about its operating conditions.
The specifications that matter on site are rarely the ones printed largest in a brochure.
Access, wear parts and cleaning designed for the people who maintain it.
Sized against the steam, air and power the plant will actually have.
Extraction, sealing and equipment selection appropriate to the atmosphere.
Drying dominates energy cost, so recovery is designed in, not added later.
Standard components wherever possible, with locally sourceable alternatives.
Drawings, manuals, utility schedules and spare lists supplied with the unit.
