DEPARTMENT 03 • PROCESS & INDUSTRIAL SOLUTIONS

Process lines engineered as a whole, not as a list of machines.

Industrial process integration for cocoa, grains, oilseeds, food, bio-based processing and the utilities that support them.

A line performs at the capacity of its weakest transfer point, not its best machine.

This department defines what the process must actually do — throughput, moisture, cleanliness, temperature, product handling — and then selects and arranges the equipment that will deliver it under real operating conditions.

Thulium equipment and third-party technologies are combined where each is strongest. Because the same team engineers the buildings, structures and utilities, the process layout is never constrained by decisions taken elsewhere.

WHAT WE DO

From product behaviour to a working line.

01

Process definition

Capacity, mass and energy balance, product specification, operating hours and the process basis the rest of the project is built on.

02

Technology selection

Comparison of available technologies against product behaviour, utilities, maintenance capability and total operating cost.

03

Line integration

Sequencing, transfer points, buffers, bottleneck analysis and the interfaces between equipment from different suppliers.

04

Utilities design

Steam, thermal energy, water, compressed air and power sized against the real load profile, with heat recovery where it pays.

05

Hygiene & safety

Raw and finished segregation, cleanable design, dust extraction, ATEX assessment and personnel flow.

06

Automation & control

Control philosophy, instrumentation, interlocks, recipe handling and the operator interface the plant will live with.

SECTORS WE INTEGRATE

Each product behaves differently, and the line has to respect that.

The engineering starts from the material, not from a catalogue.

COCOA

Reception, cleaning, storage, sterilising, drying, grinding support and packaging.

GRAINS

Intake, cleaning, drying, conveying and silo storage for seasonal throughput.

OILSEEDS

Cleaning, drying, preparation and handling of abrasive and oil-bearing material.

FOOD

Hygienic production and packaging lines with traceability and washdown resistance.

BIO-BASED

Valorisation of by-products into fuel, feed, fertiliser and industrial inputs.

UTILITIES

Steam, thermal, water, air and power systems serving the whole plant.
